ROVA now offers a no-touch policy to address COVID-19 concerns
For our customers:
Staring immediately, ROVA is changing the default delivery method to a No-Touch option to minimize contact between drivers and customers. We have advised all drivers to leave packages in a location designated by the customer. Our drivers will take a picture as proof of delivery. Drivers have also been advised to take precautions to reduce the potential spread of viruses.
For Drivers:
Staring immediately, ROVA is changing the default delivery method to a No-Touch option to minimize contact between drivers and customers. Rather than confirming delivery by having the customer sign your phone, you will be asked to leave packages in a designated location and take a picture as proof of delivery. Your safety is of utmost concern to us and we encourage you to take actions to protect yourself. If possible, please use gloves to handle packages and use hand sanitizer regularly. Please follow social distancing guidelines as much as possible. Drive safe and stay healthy!
